Everything went well with the oil change and inspection, it’s on my paperwork that they were suppose to replace a lug nut cover that was missing since I leased late February of 2025. Unfortunately I didn’t check before I left dealership so n 6/2/2025, so now I have to go back when I get the chance. Overall pleased with service.

The Volkswagen Atlas is the worst car that we have ever owned. The service department was not helpful, I actually think they made things worse. They said that they did a software update and beyond that, I'm basically stuck.

New Motors was very easy to work with. No pressure. No hard sales tactics. Much different from when I visited years ago. Mike Pitts was wonderful and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new VW!!!!
