Easily the best dealership experience in my life. Our interactions with our sales rep Kevin Yaros was like visiting with a lifelong friend. He spent so much time with us without ever feeling rushed, was willing to walk through anything and everything (and knew the product well), was off the charts personable, etc. Seth in finance was a pleasure also. And the vehicle was immaculate!

The process of updating the recall and dropping my car off was easy and my car was ready by the expected time. The staff were also very friendly and kept me updated about the issues I was having. I used a loaner car in the mean time and that process was smooth as well.

Service Dept. Personnel were very friendly. They mentioned they had been getting "beating up" that week.I dont know how it is nice to be treated like a human again. My experience with Jamestown NY Toyota dealer was terrible.
