I arrived on time and they took my car right away. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The wait time for my oil change and tire rotation qas about 45 minutes. My car was washed also. Volkswagen Service is always spot on.

The female advisor who I initially encountered had an attitude, and gave me misinformation about the warranty. Later I schduled an appointment on a earlier date (through system) and she called me and cancelled it without any apology. I was in the market to buy Atlas, but I purchased CX90 from Mazda instead as I felt the dealership wont provide necessary support if I purchase a car from the dealership. I made my feedback to the new motor's VW and received no response.

I really like the people at the desk that I deal with (Brandi and Jeff), however, I do not believe that my issue is truly repaired. My info screen went black. I picked it up on a Friday and that following Sunday it started cycling on and off every minute until it finally went dark. However, Monday morning, I was able to turn it on and it is still working (3 days now). So I am not convinced the problem is repaired.

New Motors has gone out of their way to make my buying experience terrific, specifically, salesman “Mike Pitts”. All employees are exceptional, however, and I’m looking forward to a continued long relationship with them, as I am a huge VW fan, and this is my 8th VW dealership purchase! It all started many years ago in DuBois, PA, when an elderly gentleman / owner, named “Mr. Rosenberg” sold me my very first VW, which was a Golf! I drove home with my new car stuffed with every showroom plant they could fit in the car! Ha ha! Now I am on VW number eight!!! She is a beauty! I have sincerely had wonderful service experience with VW, and moreover, great dependability with each model purchased! Thank you for the opportunity to tell a small bit of my VW story! :)

I was a touch early for my scheduled appointment. Everyone was friendly (I'm sorry, I don't remember their names). The young man at the maintenance desk who checked me in, was very nice and helpful. He showed me how to reset something in my car's radio.
Now, my 2023 VW Atlas's entertainment system, that's another story!! For whatever reason, it stopped working, thus no backup camera, etc. I was told it was an "Erie" thing??? Who knows. They changed the signal, or something like that. So far so good. Hope it stays that way! We are coming back in about a week for an inspection. Thanks, Kristi

The service was conveniently scheduled. We were provided a loaner and the service people were very polite and helpful. I rated the experience as a 4 ;
I was offered an air cleaner for $73.00, the technician already had the air cleaner box open!!!!
