I came in for software update and an oil change because I was told that these were required. The vehicle has 8,000 miles. The service was completed. And I asked if the computer was reset to indicate new service date. I was told that it was. However in the way home I got a reminder to service the vehicle for an oil change.

Sale was very straightforward and professional. While New Motors did not have a car meeting our desires they did not hesitate to search nearby dealers and obtain the vehicle that met our needs. The entire process was pleasant.

Very disappointed with New Motors, we have repeatedly scheduled service and asked for a loaner. The last few visits for recalls the service representative said we would have a loaner only to be told when we arrived none was available. We had to reschedule. Then we scheduled for another recall ( the door handles and the Rep told us it would take an hour and a half to two hours, we told her we would wait…only to be told by the techs that the job would be at least 7 hours ( took three days). Again no loaner was available and had to reschedule. We drive an hour to get service and it has been very inconvenient to keep being told one thing only to arrive and be told something completely different.

My car was in the shop for over a week, the screen has had issues since I bought this brand new car. They also drove my car for many miles and didn’t even put my gas back in my vehicle when I had to do the same for my rental. The inside was also quite dirty when I had my vehicle returned to me.

The process was very simple. I emailed some other dealers about other cars and they only wanted to talk to me if I came into the dealership or answered a phone call. Email and text are far easier. The markdown on the car due to being a leftover 24 was also great. I spoke to another dealer about a nearly identical car and they weren’t willing to make any adjustments.
