I rate my service experience as 5 stars plus. Brandi is very knowledgeable on technical aspects and provide me with a great customer support during whole process, I was provided with replacement vehicle- 100% stress free service thanks VW. this was great visit experience and car runs great too.

I won't say the service is the worst, but it is low, and I think the probability of getting a car from this dealership is low. I have bought around 7-8 cars from New Motors *NM) over the last three decades. Three have been VW (Rabbit, Passat, and Atlas Cross Sport). The last purchase could have been better. We have been denied a Buyback. We are looking into a legal option. The service people at NM need to be more professional. They act as if we have an ulterior motivation,
