I went in for an oil change and they offered to do my inspection to save me a trip in a month. I needed brakes and rotors and they were able to get everything done that same day, which I appreciated.

The people in the Service Dept. were excellent and their managerial backup was very good. The problem was they apparently got little support from VW-USA or whomever with an unrepairable problem which led me to get rid of the VW Taos and decide I would never again own/lease or have anything to do with a VW. The people at New Motors were terrific; they need better support from VW itself!!!!

I've been impressed with Brandi and her team at New Motors since I first purchased my car. Every time I bring my Cross Sport in for service, they perform that work quickly, efficiently, and correctly. The interactions are always friendly, courteous, and respectful, I receive a loaner whenever I believe I need one, and it's never any hassle. Very pleased with the New Motors Service Department overall.

Despite being flooded with Infotainment repairs, Brandi Logan was able to accept my Jetta promptly. She was up front about all 45 loaners being out and I left the car.
