New Motors staff is great! The only downside is the work performed (touchscreen firmware update) did not fix my issue. Two weeks after service, my center console touchscreen is completely dead leaving me with no heating controls, no audio, no navigation, no vehicle status alerts, and no driver assist features. Our vehicle is just over 1 year old and has had a multitude of issues ranging from primary console touchscreen failures to interior light issues, and drivers door lock assembly issues preventing vehicle from being driveable. I am sad as this is not our first Volkswagen but it has had the most issues!

Used a loaner vehicle drove 30 miles they said I used 2.3 gallons that’s about 13 miles per gallon. They charged me $11.25 for gas!! Brought it in for a recall. Last time I buy vehicle from VW and New Motors!!!!
