Center console quit & several alerts on dash telling me to contact VW service immediately. 1st available appt 10 days out. Asked for loaner & was told none available till May. Yet dealer advertised 40+ loaner vehicles. When I dropped car off was told it may take several days to fix. Asked again about loaner. Was told if more than 1 day would get me a loaner. Had to find a ride again next day to come in and pick up loaner but appreciate loaner since my car was tied up over weekend. Might want to remove advertised Courtesy Shuttle from your website since I was told that service is no longer available since covid

Service writers did their best, but the tech didn’t check the work. Sirrius XM wasn’t reprogrammed and after 4 tech calls to Sirrius it still is inoperable, requiring another service visit three weeks out after waiting two weeks for this one.

Nrw Motors always takes care of me! This is my 18th VW and the 5th since New Motors got the franchise. My sales advisor, Kevin Yaros, the VW Sales Manager, Tony Confer, my Service Advisors, Brandi and Jeff, and in parts, Brandon and Ryan, all are very attentive. They listen and follow through.
