This was my first time visiting the service department-was a bit nervous-I wasn't sure exactly what I was suppose to do-but-the young lady who met me at the door was so nice-explained everything-just very nice-so thank you! I appreciate being treated with respect-especially since it wasn't my fault that something had happened to the screen in my car.

To be clear, Jeff Hassett and Brandi Logan are well suited for their positions at New Motors. They are friendly, kind, and efficient. This would be a “5” but VWofA has yet to provide a permanent solution for the 5F module problem that is affecting many other customers vehicles in NW Pennsylvania.
