2024 was blowing black smoke out of tailpipe, brought up twice for oil test, was told nothing was wrong. Brought in this time for remote starter not working and found out whole top of engine needed replaced, took over two months. Dropped off loaner with about 50 miles short of full tank and told that we would be charged for it and was charged $10 for remote batteries. service rep at that time was pretty rude about as well. this is my 23-year old son's car and can guarantee he will never buy another Volkswagen.
