When I called the dealership about my issue with my vehicle, they were unable to get my vehicle in for weeks. My husband had to go to the dealership and talk to a manager to get my vehicle in sooner. This is the first time I have had an issue with service. this is the 2nd time I have had issues with my screen in my vehicle, which only has less than 12,000 miles.
