The electronic parking brake engages on its own, once in a while, when coming to a stop. It was suggested that a technician ride with me until it happens again. I told them it’s not every time and may not happen again for days. When it happens it’s quite a jolt. Thank you

Service took a very long time. The complimentary car was insufficient. The car electronic settings were not returned to normal after the auto inspection. I have to do it myself.

The Infotainment system on my car has stopped working four times this past year. When the infotainment system stops working the vehicle has no radio, no backup camera, no navigation, no app-connect, no hand-free phone operation; and I can't even get to any of the vehicle menus. During this past visit my car was returned to me with two active warnings on the dash, 'This vehicle not equipped with Navigation" and "App-connect not available'. Recall Code 91NY has been going on for almost 8 months. At this point I have no faith in VWoA ever fixing the vehicle.
